在我国漫长的历史进程中,女性作为男性的附属角色,其自身所具有的创造力和生产力长期受到压抑和禁锢,从而在社会生活中难以获得应有的地位和身份。职业教育与社会培训则为现代女性争取自身合法社会地位,实现个人价值提供了重要的保证和现实渠道。文章在梳理女性职业教育发展历史的同时,探讨了职业教育和培训对女性人格、身份的影响和建构作用。

In the long history of our country, women have been the vassal to men. And their creativity and productivity has been suppressed and forbidden, since they can not get their due status and position. In the modem society, professional education provides the warranty and real channel to help the modem ladies to strive for their social status and achieve their personal goals. This paper is focused on influence on the personality of women by the professional education. This paper probed into the aciual effect of the woman professional education on the self - identity and personality while analyzing the history of Chinese woman professional education.
