摘要
随着公众对公共服务的需求越来越丰富和多元化发展,需要有一支更加多元化的公务员队伍来承担起提供公共服务的职责,多元化培训成为应对这种情况的选择之一。根据美国联邦政府中多元化培训的具体实践,公务员多元化培训的目的、内容、内部评估与控制以及实施多元化培训的准则,总结多元化培训的经验,提出改进我国公务员培训的建议。
As the citizens' public service needs is becoming larger and more diverse, it is necessary to have a diverse civil serv- ice team taking responsibility of providing public service. This essay introduces the diversity of civil service training in America, inclu- ding the goals, the content, internal review and control of diversity training, as well as principles for implementing diversity training. Finally, it puts up with some suggestions for Chinese civil service training.
