玉米自交系08-641不同选择方向回交改良后代主要性状的配合力

Combining Ability of the Backcross Modified Line Developed from 08-641 Selected by Different Directions

利用不完全双列杂交设计对玉米自交系08-641(R08)不同选择方向回交改良后代主要性状的配合力进行分析。结果表明,两种选择方向的回交后代均能在相当程度上保持轮回亲本R08的一般配合力(GCA),以种子形状和颜色不似R08为标准选择得到的回交后代株系GCA有所提高的性状相对略多于以种子形状和颜色似R08为标准选择得到的回交后代株系,部分回交后代部分性状GCA显著降低。改良系BCML50主要性状一般配合力高,且与测验种RP125有较高的特殊配合力,是优良的改良系。

In this study,the combining ability of the backcross modified lines of maize inbred line R08 was estimate according to an incomplete diallel design.The results showed that the GCA of most yield traits for majority of the modified lines maintained or increased,few of the modified lines display significant decrease over R08.The dissimilar groups（ANR and BNR） were better than the similar groups（AR and AR） in GCA.The modified line BCML50 was an excellent line which was better in GCA and had high SCA with the tester RP125.
