摘要
以玉米骨干自交系黄早四与掖478分别作为轮回亲本构建的双向BC3回交群体为试验材料,系统分析在不同遗传背景下的玉米子粒淀粉、蛋白质、油分以及赖氨酸含量的变化及其相关性。结果表明,在不同遗传背景下,玉米子粒的淀粉含量与蛋白质、赖氨酸含量均呈极显著负相关,蛋白质与赖氨酸含量呈极显著正相关,蛋白质含量的改良在一定程度上可以促进赖氨酸含量的提高。
Based upon the reciprocal backcross populations of BC3 derived from two elite maize inbred lines of Huangzaosi and Ye478,the variation and correlation of quality traits,including the contents of starch,protein,oil,and lysine in maize kernels were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the starch content negatively correlated with the contents of protein and lysine(P〈 0.01),while last two positively correlated with each other(P〈 0.01) under different genetic backgrounds.The non-significant improvement result was observed when no statistically difference existed between the kernel oil content of the two inbred lines.The kernel lysine content could be increased by the increasing of kernel protein content due to the significant positive correlation.
