摘要
根据临床对老年病医师培训目标要求,介绍了将PDCA循环应用于老年病科教学管理之中的一些做法。并指出在对老年病科医师的继续教育中,可根据PDCA循环理论,按照计划、执行、检查、处理四个阶段分别制定教学目标、实施教学措施、评价教学效果、总结教学经验,对提高教学质量起到了积极的促进作用。
We applied PDCA circulation to teaching management of geriatrics department according to the clinical demands of training goal for geriatrics physicians. In their continuing education, setting teaching goal, carrying out teaching method, evaluating teaching effect and summarizing teaching experience are carried out respectively in the phase of plan, do, check and action in PDCA circulation. It plays a positive role in improving teaching quality.
