通过与传统护理教学方法比较,介绍了循证护理教学方法的内容、步骤及效果,并针对存在的问题,提出在临床护理教育中,应注重引入循证护理理念,以促进护理人员全面掌握护理基础理论知识,提高自我学习能力,促进循证护理思维,从而全面提高临床护理质量。

This paper introduces the content, steps and results of evidence-based nursing by comparing it with traditional nursing teaching method. It points out that the concept of evidence-based nursing should be introduced so as to help nursing staff fully master basic theoretical knowledge of nursing, improve their self-study ability and cultivate the thinking of evidence-based nursing, which will be useful for improving the overall quality of clinical nursing.
