摘要
本文合成了一个新的配合物:[Mn(NIT-1'-MeBzIm)3](ClO4)2CH3CH2OH(NIT-1'-MeBzIm=2-{2'-[(l'-甲基)苯并咪唑]}-4,4,5,5-四甲基咪唑啉-3-氧化-1-氧基自由基),并测定了其晶体结构.该晶体属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=18.349(5)A,b=21.761(6),c=14.721(4),α=90°,β=97.447(5)°,γ=90°,V=5828(3)A3,Z=4,Dc=1.324 g/cm3,最终偏差因子R1=0.1945,wR2=0.5138(I>2σ(I)),F(000)=2432.X衍射结构分析表明,中心金属Mn(II)离子与三个自由基螯合配位,形成六配位的畸变八面体构型.
The title compound of [Mn(NIT-1'-MeBzIm)3]·(ClO4)2·CH3CH2OH was synthesized and characterized structurally by single crystal X-ray diffraction.This compound crystallizes in Triclinic system,space group P2(1)/c with a=18.349(5),b=21.761(6),c=14.721(4),α =90°,β =97.447(5)°,γ=90°,V=5828(3)3,Z=4,Dc=1.324 g/cm3.The final R value is R1=0.1945,ωR2=0.5138(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)),F(000)=2432.The Mn(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated into a distorted octahedral geometry.Meanwhile,the intermolecular hydrogen bonds result in one dimension chain structure.
