Counselors＇ specialization construction is the important guarantee of strengthening and improving college students＇ ideological and political education. It has very important significance to fully implement the party＇s education policy and take the task of college students＇ ideological and political education. This paper started with the puzzles based on the analysis of the college counselors＇ construction and explored the mechanism of college counselors＇ specialization. It includes selecting mechanism, management mechanism, and development mecha- nism.
