摘要
过程集成是提高企业运行效率、增强企业柔性的一种全面集成方式 ,企业建模和仿真可以为企业过程的分析和优化提供依据 ,是实现过程集成的重要支持技术。工作流技术和集控 Petri网方法作为企业建模和仿真的支撑技术 ,各自都有着明显的优点和不足 ,而它们二者之间具有很强的互补性 ,如果能够将二者巧妙的结合起来 ,将为实现过程集成提供有效的帮助。首先给出了基于工作流的企业过程的建模、仿真、使能系统的模型和体系结构 ,然后介绍了将工作流模型转化为集控
Process integration can improve production flexibility and efficiency. The modeling and simulation technology used to analyze and optimize the production processes is one of its most important components. Workflow technology and the Control and Integration Net method, which are support technologies for modeling and simulation, have their own strengths and weaknesses, but are strongly complementary, so their combination provides an effective tool for process integration. The paper presents the model and architecture of the process modeling, simulation, and enabling system based on workflow technology. Then, the workflow model is changed into Control and Integration Nets and the performance parameters in the simulation process, such as the execution time and cost are compated and analyzed.
