肩难产是分娩时突然发生的产科急症,可导致母婴严重危害。尽管肩难产的发病危险因素已被了解,但目前仍缺乏统一标准来预测其发生可能性,因此熟练掌握肩难产的处理方法,可减少肩难产导致的母婴严重并发症,改善母儿结局。

Shoulder dystoeia can be one of the most frightening emergencies in the delivery room. It can lead to serious harm of maternal and newborn. Al- though we have known many risk factors about shoul- der dystocia, we still failed in providing a simple scoring system that could identify a delivery that will encounter shoulder dystoeia. Master treatment meth- ods of shoulder dystoeia can reduce severe complica- tions to maternal and newborn, improve mother and newborn outcome.
