摘要
水中分娩作为一种新兴的产科服务模式,具有分娩镇痛作用,可有效减少会阴侧切及裂伤,减少临床人为干预。掌握好适应证将是一种有效、安全的分娩方式,在有条件的医院值得进一步推广应用。
As a new obstetric service model, water birth can relieve labor pain, which can effectively reduce the rate of episiotomy and laceration and reduce the clinical human intervention. And there is no more risk of maternal and neonatal outcomes. There- fore, water birth is an effective, safe mode of deliv- ery, and it is worth further application.
