宫颈腺泡状软组织肉瘤1例报道及文献复习

摘要 1临床资料 患者30岁，孕2产0。因阴道不规则流血半年于2011年2月就诊于解放军总医院妇产科，超声提示宫颈管近外口处不均质低回声结节伴丰富血流（见图1），2011年2月行宫腔镜下宫颈管内肿物切除术。病理回报：宫颈管黏膜组织，其中纤维平滑肌组织中见呈巢团状、器官样排列的肿瘤细胞，血窦丰富，细胞浆嗜酸、局部空亮．
