摘要
北川新县城安居房设计遵循中国城市规划设计研究院规划要求,与中国建筑设计研究院及山东、四川省各地市的多家设计、施工单位互相协调,在2年时间内完成了建设任务,成为北川新县城最重要的民生工程。本文分析、总结了安居房设计与实施的特色,并阐述对灾后重建的思考。
In the past two years, by cooperating with CAG, institutes and construction corporations of Sichuan and Shandong provinces, the authors completed the construction task of comfortable housing project in Beichuan new town following the planning requirements of CAUPD in the design and construction process. It has become the most important livelihood project in the new town. The essay analyzes and summarizes the design and construction characteristics of comfortable housing project in Beichuan, and describes the thinking about post-disaster reconstruction.
