摘要
文章从理论上分析了重载情况下深潜推进器的设计原理,以加速型导管DSN2导管为例,研究几个重要因素比如盘面比、螺距比(P/D)等不同参数对导管桨的性能影响,并通过导管桨敞水试验验证了这些结论。结果表明,深潜器重载情况下,较大P/D的导管桨提供较大推力,盘面比和P/D较小的导管桨有较高的效率。针对不同深潜推进器的要求,根据文中推论,可将设计参考选定在一个较小并且准确的范围内,从而快速地设计出满足使用要求的推进器。
The principles of choosing thrusters for deep diving vehicle under a heavy load were analyzed using theoretical method.Taking DSN2 acceleration duct for example,several factors that influence the hydrodynamic performance of ducted propeller were studied using theoretical method and the performance regulation of ducted propeller was obtained,which include the expanded area ratio,pitch ratio(P/D) of propeller.And these deductions were proved by open water test.Results show that greater thrust could be produced by ducted propeller with bigger P/D and higher efficiency could be produced by ducted propeller with smaller expanded area ratio and P/D.Following these deductions,a smaller and exact scope of reference for designs could be obtained and this can be used to design a thruster rapidly which satisfied different requirements of deep submergence vehicles.
