摘要
圆环形耐压结构以其独特的结构形式,为发展深海装备及资源探索与开发利用提供了新的选择。文章基于弹性薄壳理论,对静水压力作用下圆环壳的应力特性进行了参数化研究;在前人研究的基础上,提出了加筋圆环壳采用弹性基础曲梁复杂弯曲的力学模型,由此推导了关键截面处应力和位移的理论表达式,并与数值解比较验证了简化理论解的合理性和正确性;最终基于文中所给理论解,分析了结构参数对加筋圆环壳结构性能的影响,便于环壳结构的工程应用。
The toroidal pressure-hull provides a new choice for the development of the deep-sea equips and the exploration and utilization of the resources because of its particular shape.In this paper,the stress characteristics of the circular toroidal shells are analyzed parametrically by the theory of elastic thin shells.Based on the previous works,a mechanics model is developed that the ring-stiffened circular toroidal shells can be studied though the complex bending of elastic foundation curved beams,and the theoretical expression of the displacement and stress in the key sections is deduced successfully,which agrees well with the numerical solution,thus demonstrating the correctness and rationality of the theoretical method.Based on the theoretical solution proposed in this paper,the effect of the structural parameters on the strength of the ring-stiffened circular toroidal shells is analyzed,which can be convenient for the engineering application.
