发展战略性新兴产业是区域发展中抢占经济和科技发展制高点的重大战略。九江新兴产业的发展,相对于传统产业表现出创新能力强、产业带动能力强和科技成果转化能力强的优势,同时也存在掌握的关键核心技术少、产业集群优势尚未形成和高端人才短缺问题,对此,建议做好"四个强化、四个提高",依靠科技创新加快培育和发展九江的战略性新兴产业。

The development of strategic emerging industry is a major strategy which seize the commanding heights of economic and technological developmentin regional development.Comparing with the traditional industries,the emerging industries in JiuJiang,have the advantages of strong innovative ability,strong industry driving ability and strong scientific and technological achievements transforming ability.At the same time,they also face the challenges that they master less core technology,have not yet formed industrial clusters and are short of high-end talents.Therefore,it is suggested to do＂four strengthening,four improvement＂and rely on technological innovation to cultivate the development of strategic emerging industries in JiuJiang.
