试论当前“招工难”和“就业难”现象的原因及对策

The Reasons for the Current "Recruitment Difficult" and "Harsh Employment" Phenomenon and Countermeasures

近年来,我国劳动力市场出现了"招工难"和"就业难"并存的现象,本文通过对"两难"问题的提出,分别对其成因进行了具体探讨,并提出了化解该问题的若干对策和措施。

In recent years,a ＂Recruitment Difficult＂ and ＂Harsh Employment＂ coexisted phenonmenon appears in our country＇s labor market.This paper puts forward the two problems,and discusses the origins of them in details respectively.Then some countermeasures are proposed to resolve the problems.
