基于DEA的江西省惠农政策绩效评价

制定和实施惠农政策将是我国支持"三农"发展的长期战略选择和政策考量。而惠农政策的绩效评价是制定和实施惠农政策的前提条件。本文利用DEA分析方法来测算江西省11个设区市的惠农政策的技术效率和规模效率,对地区差异进行分析。
