摘要
以南京某高校体育教师作为研究对象,在分析教师队伍结构基础上,运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,对他们2001至2010年发表的论文统计和分析,发现论文数量少和质量不高,科研积极性低,科研领域狭窄。从科研目的、动机、态度、方法等个体因素调查发现,体育教师普遍对科研重要性认识不清、参与热情低,研究方法单一,临时动议的多。尽管青年教师获硕士学位人数不断增加,但科研能力提高并不明显。高校应切实重视抓好青年体育教师培养,尤其在激发科研兴趣、重视培训、提高科研能力和建立激励机制上下工夫。
Taking Nanjing college physical education teacher as research subjects, based on analysis of teacher team, and using the method of literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper makes statistical analysis on papers published in 2001 -2010. The resuh shows that quantity and quality of papers are not high, research active is low, and research areas are stenosis. From the research objective, motivation, attitude and method, the author finds out that physical education teacher to research importance of understanding is not clear, enthusiasm is low, research method is single and the temporary move is more. Although the number of young teachers acquired for master degree is increasing, their research ability is not improved obviously. Colleges and universities should pay attention to training of young physical education teachers, especially in the excitation of scientific interest, attention training and improve the ability of scientific research and the establishment of incentive mechanism.
