摘要
介绍了班杜拉关于自我效能感的学习动机理论,分析了自我效能感对大学生体育锻炼的作用以及影响因素,并提出了该理论在大学生体育锻炼的重要性和可行性,以使该理论在对大学生在参加体育锻炼和学习起到帮助作用。
This paper introduces Bandura' s motivation theory of self - efficacy, analyzes the role of self - efficacy in physical exercise for college students and influence factors, and proposes the importance and feasibility of the theory in college students' physical exercise, so that the theory can be helpful for college students participating in the physical exercise and learning.
