学校体育管理信息化探析

Discussion on School Sports Management Informatization

本文在指出现在学校体育信息管理存在问题的基础上,提出改革学校体育信息管理的建议:第一,建立学校体育信息主管(SID)体制;第二,重组学校体育部门信息结构;第三,培育学校体育部门信息文化;第四,精简管理机构,实现管理结构的扁平化、网路化。

This paper, based on the present school sports information management problems, proposed the suggestion of school sports information management reform： Firstly, the establishment of the school sports information director （SID） system; Secondly, reconstruct the school sports information structure; Thirdly, cultivate school sports information culture; Fourth, lean management mechanism, and realizethe management structure in compressed change and networking.
