六味地黄丸对糖尿病牙周炎小鼠成纤维细胞和护骨素的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨六味地黄丸对糖尿病牙周炎患者的成纤维细胞和护骨素的影响。方法选取50只大鼠建立糖尿病牙周炎模型,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25只。对照组正常喂养,蒸馏水灌胃。观察组六味地黄丸600mg/(100g/d)灌胃。进行HE染色,在光镜下观察,计算并比较两组小鼠成纤维细胞和护骨素数。结果与对照组相比,观察组的成纤维细胞和护骨素均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。小鼠护骨素和时间进行相关分析,结果呈明显正相关(r=0.885,P<0.01),小鼠成纤维细胞和时间进行相关分析,结果呈明显负相关(r=-0.796,P<0.01)。结论六味地黄丸能明显改善糖尿病牙周炎患者的成纤维细胞和护骨素情况,为临床治疗糖尿病牙周炎提供科学依据。 Objective To explore the influence of Liuwei Dihuang to rehmannia periodontitis fibroblasts and protect bone meal influence in diabetes patients. Methods Selected 50 rats diabetes periodontitis model establishment, and it would randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of only 25. The normal control group feeding, distilled water irrigation stomach. The observation group bolus of Liuwei Dihuang 600 mg/(100 g/d) fill the stomach. For HE dyed, in light-microscopy, calculation and compared the two groups of mice fibroblasts and protect bone primes. Results Compared with the control, the observation group fibroblasts and protect bone meal were significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05). The bone meal and time in mice correlation analysis, the result was obviously positive correlation (r = 0.885, P 0.01), the mice fibroblasts and time for the correlation analyzed, the result was obvious negative correlation (r =-0.796, P 0.01). Conclusion Bolus of Liuwei Dihuang can obviously improve the diabetes patients with periodontitis fibroblasts and protect bone meal, clinical treatment for diabetes periodontitis provide the scientific basis.
