云南白药胃内给药治疗新生儿消化道出血42例疗效观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Intragastric Administration of Yunnan Baiyao in the Treatment of Neonatal Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的:观察云南白药胃内给药治疗新生儿消化道出血的治疗效果。方法:将诊断为消化道出血的新生儿83例,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组41例,治疗组在对照组综合治疗的基础上给予云南白药,用少量5%葡萄糖液稀释后在洗胃结束后经胃管内注入或直接口服,每次1/3勺(0.25 g/勺),每8 h 1次,连用1～3 d。结果:治疗组总有效率90.5%,对照组总有效率56.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:云南白药胃内给药治疗新生儿消化道出血疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of intragastric administration of Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods： Randomly 83 neonates with gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups： 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group.In addition to the normal treatment,the treatment group was given Yunnan Baiyao orally or via stomach tube.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group（90.5%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（56.0%）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The clinical curative effect of intragastric administration of Yunnan Baiyao on neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage was obvious.
