64层螺旋CT对气管憩室的诊断价值 被引量:2

64-slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of tracheal diverticulum

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT对气管憩室的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月1日~2011年9月30日100例经CT诊断为气管憩室患者的CT表现。结果 CT表现为胸口入口处气管旁的不规则或类圆形极低密度影,低密度影与气管腔内气体密度一致,连续薄层扫描可发现低密度影与气管之间有一较细的管道相连,99例位于气管的右后方,仅1例位于左后方,气管憩室最大直径在0.4~2.4cm,95例为单发,5例为多发,其中3例有线样分隔,两例患者并发气管憩室感染,表现为气管旁囊状低密度影边界不清,密度增高。结论 64层螺旋CT对气管憩室有确诊价值,临床上应广泛应用。 Objective To discuss the value of 6d-slice spiral CT for the diagnosis of traeheal diverticulum. Methods One hundred cases of tracheal diverticula patients diagnosed by CT from January 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed, all patients" manifestation of CT were observed. Results CT manifestation of 100 patients showed an irregular or round very low density in Paratracheal entrance to the chest, low density gas density consistent with the tracheal lumen, continuous TLC can be found between low density and a smaller pipe connected to the pipeline, 99 cases located right behind the trachea, only 1 case in the left rear, tracheal diverticulum in 0.4 to 2.4 cm diameter, 95 cases of single, 5 cases of multiple, including three cases of cable-like separated, two patients tracheal diverticulum infection, showed paratracheal cystic low density, boundary was unclear, density increased. Conclusion 64-slice CT has confirmed value in the diagnosis of tracheal diverticulum, should be used widely on clinic.
