彩超引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床分析

Clinical analysis on patients of ovarian cysts treated with interventional therapy guided by color Doppler ultrasound

目的探讨彩超引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。方法将本院2007年1月～2010年12月122例卵巢囊肿患者根据知情同意原则分为对照组62例,治疗组60例,对照组予开腹手术治疗,治疗组予彩超引导下介入治疗。比较两组治疗效果及卵巢功能恢复情况。结果对照组治愈率为100.00%,治疗组治愈率为98.33%,差异无统计学意义;治疗组成功受孕率为78.57%;对照组成功受孕率为44.44%,差异有统计学意义。结论彩超引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿操作简便、创伤小,患者痛苦小,卵巢功能恢复好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and influence to the ovarian function of the ovarian cysts treated with interventional therapy guided by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods One hundred and twenty two cases of patients with ovarian cysts from January 2007 to December 2010 were divided into 2 groups based on the principles of know and agree, 62 cases in the control group, and 60 cases in the treatment group. The control group were treated by the open surgery, the treatment group were treated by interventional therapy guided by color Doppler ultrasound. Then the clinical efficacy and influence to the ovarian function of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the control group was 100.00%, of the treatment group was 98.33%, which showed no significant difference; the conception rate of the treat- ment group was 78.57%, of the control group was 44.44%, which showed significant difference. Conclusion The interven- tional therapy guided by color Doppler ultrasound to the ovarian cysts is convenient, less trauma, and the patients suffering little, ovarian function recovers well, so it is worthy of popularizing.
