深圳市某社区老年前列腺增生症患者生命质量的调查研究

Analysis on quality of life of older patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in a community of Shenzhen city

目的了解深圳市某社区老年前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的生命质量状况及其影响因素,为卫生工作政策制定、健康促进和科学研究提供依据。方法社会学人口特征调查采用自行设计问卷,生命质量状况采用SF-36量表,对320例确诊为老年BPH患者的生命质量进行调查。结果老年BPH患者和中国一般老年人群的总体生命质量、生理领域和心理领域得分分别为(56.30±15.18)分、(58.31±14.45)分、(55.13±15.96)分和(78.34±22.63)分、(80.01±23.25)分、(76.68±22.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年BPH患者的生命质量和健康状况不佳,应引起关注,卫生管理部门和医务人员、患者家属应采取积极措施促进其健康状况改善,提高其生命质量。

Objective To evaluate the quality of life of older patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in Shenzhen city, so as to provide evidence for health policy making, health promotion and science research. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used in social demography survey and SF-36 was adopted to survey 320 older patients with BPH in a community of Shenzhen city. Results The data showed the scores of the quality of life, physiological domain, psychological domain of older patients with BPH in Shenzhen city and Chinese general population was （56.30±15.18） scores, （58.31±14.45） scores, （55.13±15.96） scores and （78.34±22.63） scores, （80.01±23.25） scores, （76.68±22.01） scores respectively. The difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health authorities, hospital leaders and family members of older patients should pay more attention to the quality of life of older patients with BPH and take positive measures to improve quality of life of older patients with BPH.
