我国都市产业结构演变规律测度分析

Analysis on Measurement of Evolution Law in Urban Industrial Structure in China

文章以北京市1978—2009年间产业统计数据为例进行分析,得出我国都市产业结构与就业结构的发展总体情况是:实现了产业结构的优化,就业结构的变化与产业结构的调整具有一定的一致性。虽然就业结构得以协调发展,但在一定程度上还是滞后于产业结构,还有待于再调整;第三产业成为吸纳其它剩余劳动力和就业的"熔炉"。第一产业与第三产业呈现明显的长期均衡关系。此结论为区域产业结构与就业结构的宏观调控政策提供了理论支持。

The paper conducts an analysis according to statistical data of industries in Beijing during 1978-2009.The general development of urban industrial structure and employment structure is that industrial structure has been optimized and the change of employment structure is in agreement with the adjustment of industrial structure.But the coordinated development of employment structure lags behind industrial structure to a certain degree and it needs further regulation.Tertiary industry has become a reservoir of surplus labor and primary and tertiary industries are in balance in a long run.
