并购企业高层管理团队胜任力特征模型的探索与验证 被引量:3

摘要 针对并购企业高层管理团队的胜任特征,现有的并购整合理论以及高层管理团队研究领域尚没有形成系统研究。文章着眼于并购企业高层管理团队胜任特征模型的研究,融合理论分析、质化研究的研究方法,建立高层管理团队胜任特征模型,并对该模型进行实证检验。
