摘要
为实现远程统计电量,自动计算各时间段综合电价,降低用电费用,提高经济效益,依据DL/T645通信规约设计出一个可用于工业现场的基于以太网的嵌入式远程抄表系统。数据采集单元采用以AT91SAM9261S为主处理器的嵌入式ARM工控板EM9161,通过RS485总线读取数字电表的实时数据信息并通过以太网与抄表中心进行通讯,以太网完全支持TCP/IP协议而且网络结构简单、通信速率高,从而实现了现场采集与远程抄表的目的。实验结果表明,该系统能方便工作人员随时查看用电情况,对其进行统计、分析以便调整用电时段,大大优化了用电量的时空分布,与传统的人工抄表方法相比,抄表时间和报表生成周期分别提高20%和30%以上,通过运行时段优化可为公司节约5‰左右的用电费用。
A embedded remote meter reading system using in the local industry based on Ethernet is designed to carry out stating electric quantity remotely,count the whole electrovalence automatically,reduce electricity charge and improve economic effectiveness.The data acquisition unit uses embedded ARM lpc board EM9161,which applies AT91SAM9261S to the main processor.Obtain the real-time data information of the digital ammeter via RS485 bus and communication with the reading center via Ethernet,which supports TCP/IP protocol completely as well as simple network structure and high communicate speed.Thereby the purpose of local gathering and remote meter reading is achieved.The result shows that the worker can look over the case of power utilization at any moment,which they state and analyze in order to tune the period electricity of time.In this way to optimize the distribution of electric quantity of the space time.Compared with the tradition method of meter reading by men,this system could respectively improve the meter reading time and the report generation cycle up to 20% and 30%,save electricity costs of about 5‰ for the company by running time optimization.
