摘要
选择灰离褶伞菌(Lyophyllum cinerascens)作为研究对象,采用层析法中的硅胶层析、葡聚糖凝胶层析、薄层层析,并辅助以萃取和重结晶等多种分离提取的方法,进行活性物质的提取、分离,以期从中发现新的活性化合物。
The Lyophyllum cinerascens is the object of this experiment.To extract,separate and identify the active substances from Lyophyllum cinerascens using some methods including silica gel chromatographic analysis,the gel filtration chromatography,the thin layer chromatography the extraction and the recrystallization,and so on so as to discover the new Lyophyllum cinerascens.
