摘要
建设煤矿煤层倾角在60°左右,各采煤工作面采用走向长壁仰斜采煤法,均采用炮采工艺,在放炮过程和输运转载等环节中,粉尘浓度都比较大。通过施工钻孔将压力水注入煤体,改变煤体的物理力学性质,湿润了煤体,大大减少开采和运输过程中煤尘的产生,改善了工作环境,防止煤尘爆炸事故的发生。
In view of the application of long-wall uphill mining along strike and blasting mining technology in the working faces of Jianshe Colliery due to the coal seams with the dip angle of about 60°,the authors propose the application of water injection into coal seams by drilling to change the physical and mechanical properties of coal body and moisturize the coal body,which can reduce the coal dust considerably in the process of mining and transport,improve the working environment and prevent the accidents of coal dust explosion.
