摘要
针对鹤煤五矿副井提升能力不足,双码罐笼提升中心线偏向一码,井筒另一码具有可利用空间的特点,安装了新型可伸缩摇台,不需要扩大井筒和改造罐笼,即可增加罐笼提升物料长度空间,解决了鹤煤五矿副井口制约上下2.5m以上超长物料的难题,增加副井提升矿车时间,缓解掘进生产持续紧张的局面,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
In view of the inadequate hoisting capacity of auxiliary shaft in No.5 Colliery of Hebi Coal Industry Group Co.,the authors propose the installation of new extensible cradle with no shaft enlargement and cage transformation to increase the materials length space of cage hoisting,which has solved the problem of the restriction of over-2.5-meter super-long materials in wellhead,increased hoisting car time and relieved the continuous tense situation of drivage production with satisfactory economic and social benefits.
