摘要
文章总结了近年来国内油气管道定向钻穿越勘察设计存在的问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,针对复杂工程地质条件和不良地质情况,提出了相应的对策和措施,阐述了定向钻穿越施工中应注意的事项,从泥浆选择、冒浆问题的处理、定向钻穿越设备的选择、施工顺序安排、预防卡钻及卡钻事故处理等方面探讨了保证管道定向钻穿越施工顺利进行的措施。
This article summarizes the problems in survey and design of recent domestic oil and gas pipeline directional drilling crossing projects and analyzes the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures according to complex engineering geological conditions and matters needing attention in crossing construction.It discusses the measures to ensure smooth operation of directional drilling including mud selection,mud spillover treatment,directional drilling equipment selection,construction procedure arrangement,drilling sticking accident prevention and treatment.
