摘要 结合神木县洁能综合利用发电厂一期氨法FGD系统保温工程实例,着重介绍了岩棉保温工程的施工工艺、脱硫系统中关键设备保温的必要性及施工时应采取的有效措施,并对几种常用保温形式进行性价比分析等,为岩棉保温在火电厂氨法FGD系统中的推广应用提供参考。 Combined with the thermal insulation project of ammonia method FGD system at Shenmu Clean Energy Integrated Utilization Power Plant,this paper introduces the construction process of rock wool thermal insulation,the thermal insulation necessity of critical equipment of desulfurization system and the effective measures taken in construction.It compares the performance-price ratio of several commonly used thermal insulation forms,providing reference for the application of rock wool thermal insulation in ammonia method FGD system at power plant.
