摘要
在对台湾农业产销班调研的基础上,分析台湾农业产销班的发展背景,从市场营销、生产控制、人力资源、财务管理方面探讨台湾农业企业化管理的主要策略,提出我国大陆发展农民专业合作社发展的对策与建议。
As the main pattern of agro-production and marketing organization,agro-production and marketing group plays an important role in triggering the local rural development,and farmers' income has been greatly improved.On the basis of investigation in Taiwan,the paper analyzes the background of the agro-groups and explores the development strategy from marketing,production control,human resource and financial management.And finally,measures and suggestions are put forward to promote the rural development of farmers' cooperative organizations in China's Mainland.
