介绍了负极片自动化生产线控制系统总体流程,设计了一种基于PLC的负极片自动化生产线控制系统,重点叙述了控制系统设计要求、系统软硬件设计架构,并通过对负极片自动化生产线控制系统的开发,实现了负极片自动化生产,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,使工人免受汞等有毒物质的侵害。
This article discussed the overall process of the control system for the negative film automated production line and designed a control system based on PLC. It discussed the design requirements, the design structure of software and hardware, and thought the development of the negative film automated production line, it achieved automated production of negative film, improved the production efficiency, reduced the labor intensity and protected works from the infringement from of mercury and other toxic substances.
