摘要
为了提高交流永磁同步电动机运动控制系统的控制精度,讨论了基于DSP的永磁同步伺服控制系统的软硬件组成及设计方案,采用转子磁场定向矢量控制和TMS320LF2812数字信号处理器,实现了对永磁同步伺服电动机的矢量控制。采用高速、高精度的DSP芯片以及矢量控制的永磁同步电动机伺服控制系统具有良好的动态响应性能和静态性能,并具有结构紧凑、设计合理和控制灵活等优点。
In order to improve the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor control precision of the motion control system based on DSP, this paper discusses the software and hardware composition and design scheme of permanent magnet synchronous servo control system, adopts the rotor field-oriented vector control, using TMS320LF2812 digital signal processor, realizes the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor vector control. Adopting high speed, high precision DSP chipset, the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system has good dynamic response performance and static performance, and with compact structure, reasonable design, control flexible, etc.
