一种有效防止磁钢脱落的转子外套

摘要 针对一种外加不锈钢套的转子组件,着重阐述了不锈钢外套与转子间内孔径向过盈量的选择,以及如何减小温度变化对不锈钢套热膨胀的影响,提出了一种有效保护磁钢脱落的设计方案。 This paper focuses its attention on introducing the match between the stainless steel coat and the rotor, researching how to reduce the thermal expansion influence for variation temperature. And puts forward a design proposal preventing the magnets taking off from rotor.
