摘要
针对产学研合作演化规律问题,基于人的有限理性,建立了产学研合作的对称进化博弈链结构模型和动态决策方程,讨论了合作进化博弈的稳定均衡状态,通过仿真分析,较好地揭示了产学研合作中的"囚徒困境"和演化规律,认为合作者经过长时间的博弈,合作成功比例会提高,研究结论对产学研合作管理决策及模式选择提供依据。
In allusion to the evolutional law of cooperation of enterprise,university and research institute based on the bounded rationality of human,the symmetric chain model of evolutionary game of cooperation of enterprise,university and research institute and dynamic decision-making equation are established.The state of balance and equilibrium of co-evolutionary game is discussed.Through the imitative analysis,the ＂Prisoner＇s dilemma＂ of cooperation of enterprise,university and research institute is explained and the conclusion that long-term game between cooperators increases the rate of success is drew out,which offer reasons to the managerial decision and mode selection to cooperation of enterprise,university and research institute.
