摘要
从创新的角度研究员工之间是否应当维持强关系,并且分析企业知识属性(可见性、异质性、完整性)不同,关系的作用是否以及如何发生改变。通过问卷证实:员工关系越紧密,创新绩效越高;知识可见程度越高,员工关系和创新绩效则被负向调节;知识异质性越大,员工关系和创新绩效则被正向调节。
This paper analyzes the relations between ties and innovation and the moderating effects of knowledge characters.It analyzes the knowledge character and the role of ties.It proves that,strong ties bring out more innovation;more visible of knowledge,less positive of the relation between ties and innovation;more distant knowledge,more positive of the relation between ties and innovation.This may bring us some suggestions about knowledge management.
