政府资助企业技术创新的方式选择研究

Research on Selection of Government Subsidizing Ways to Enterprise Technological Innovation

采用实物期权分析方法,建立政府直接资助、税收优惠、政府购买三种不同资助方式的期权价值模型,按照项目价值与成果转化金额之间的关系,并利用CRYSTAL BALL软件进行蒙特卡洛数值模拟,分别讨论比较不同政府资助方式的期权价值,最后为政府资助方式提出建议。

This paper adopts real option analysis method to set up three different models for three government subsidizing ways of direct funding,taxes subsiding,government buying respectively.The article discusses the three ways by comparing the option value of them by CRYSTAL BALL.It finally gives some proposals to the government to have a better selection of subsidizing ways.
