摘要
针对电机应用场合、体积缩小与节约成本等诸多问题,采用反电动势过零点检测方法,设计了基于dsPIC30F3010芯片的无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制系统。分析了dsPIC30F3010外围电路,逆变及其驱动电路,反电动势检测电路,电流采样与过流保护电路,开发了主程序和中速事件处理程序,并给出了电机正常运行时端电压的波形。实验结果表明系统能够控制电机顺利起动,而且实现了电机正确的换相和正常运行,证明了系统设计的可行性。
Aiming at motor applications,size dwindling and cost saving,and many other problems,with the method of Back-EMF zero crossing detection,established a set of sensorless brushless DC motor control system which was based on dsPIC30F3010 chip.Analysed the control chip and its peripheral circuit,the inverter and the MOS-FET driver circuit,three Phase BEMF detective circuit,current sampling and over voltage protection circuit,developed the main Program and medium_event_handler program,the normal running waveform is shown.The result of the experiment showed that the control system can make the motor start successfully and achieved the correct commutation and normal running.It proved design of the system is feasible.
