摘要 为了实现大功率数字式电镀电源,提出了一种基于ARM芯片STM32F103的数字式电镀电源并联均流系统设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该系统采用STM32F103作为主控芯片,通过CAN总线控制多个电源模块并联工作并使其电流平均,达到大功率输出的目的。系统具有多种工作模式和外设接口,人机界面友善。实际应用表明,系统工作稳定,达到设计要求。 In order to realize digital electroplating power supply of high power,the design of the currrent-sharing control system of digital electroplating power supply based on ARM processor STM32F103 is presented.The system uses STM32F103 as the main processor and controls currrent-sharing of paralleled power modules by CAN bus to achieve high power outputs.The system has multiple work modes and peripheral interfaces and friendly man-machine interface.The application shows that this system has stable performance,and achieve the design requirement.
