艾灸三阴交和关元对女性海洛因依赖者月经不调及性激素水平的调整作用

Regulating Effects of Moxibustion at Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan Acupoints on Irregular Menstruation and Levels of Sexual Hormones in Female Heroin Addicts

目的观察艾灸三阴交、关元对女性海洛因依赖者月经不调和性激素水平的调整作用,并比较艾灸与艾油的临床疗效。方法选择安徽省戒毒康复中心收治符合纳入标准的海洛因依赖者月经紊乱患者90例,随机分为艾灸组、艾油组和对照组,各30例。艾灸组用艾条灸双侧三阴交和关元穴,每穴每次15min,隔日1次,1个月为1个疗程,连续3个疗程;艾油组用艾油涂抹双侧三阴交和关元穴,疗程同艾灸组;对照组不予任何干预。观察3组治疗前后中医症状积分变化和月经不调的临床疗效,并于治疗前后采用化学发光法检测3组患者血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(lu-teinizing hormone,LH)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)、孕酮(progesterone,P)水平。结果艾灸组治疗后,患者中医症状积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),亦明显低于艾油组(P<0.05)及对照组(P<0.01);艾油组与对照组治疗前后中医症状积分变化不明显(P>0.05);艾灸组月经不调的临床疗效总有效率达80.00%,高于对照组(16.67%)和艾油组(30.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,艾灸组血清E2含量显著升高(P<0.01),FSH和LH含量显著降低(P<0.05),与艾油组和对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,或P<0.01);3组PRL和P水平治疗前后以及治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾灸三阴交、关元对海洛因依赖患者月经不调及性激素紊乱具有较好的调整作用。

Objective To observe the regulating effects of moxibustion at Sanyinjiao（SP6） and Guanyuan（CV4） acupoints on irregular menstruation and the levels of sexual hormones in female heroin addicts,and compare the clinical effects of moxibustion and Aiyou（oils extracted from Wormwood leaves）.Methods A total of 90 female drug addicts with menstrual disorders were enrolled from Anhui Provincial Voluntary Drug-Abstinence and Rehabilitation Center,according to inclusion criteria.They were averagely randomized into moxibustion treated group,Aiyou treated group,and control group.The patients in moxibustion treated group were treated with moxibustion at Guanyuan and bilateral Sanyinjiao acupoints,15 minutes per acupoint every time,one time every other day,one month every treatment course,for 3 continuous treatment courses;while the patients in Aiyou treated group were treated with external application of Aiyou at Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan acupoints for 3 continuous treatment courses;the patients in the control group did not receive any intervention.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptoms and the clinical effects of irregular menstruation were observed and compared among the three groups.Before and after treatment,the serum levels of estradiol（E2）,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,prolactin（PRL）,and progesterone（P） in the three groups were assayed using chemiluminescence method.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in moxibustion treated group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment（P0.01）,and they were significantly lower than those in Aiyou treated group and the control group（P0.05,or P0.01）;there were no significant differences in the scores of TCM symptoms between Aiyou treated group and the control group.The total efficacy rate of irregular menstruation in moxibustion treated group was 80.00%,being significantly higher than those in the control group and Aiyou treated group（P0.01,vs 16.67% and 30.00%,respectively）.After treatment,the serum levels of E2 in moxibustion treated group were significantly increased（P0.01）,with a significant decrement of serum levels of FSH and LH（P0.05）;and the serum levels of E2,FSH and LH in moxibustion treated group were significantly different from those in Aiyou treated group and the control group（P0.05,or P0.01）.There were no significant differences in the serum levels of PRL and P between pretreatment and posttreatment,and among the three groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Moxibustion at Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan acupoints has good effects in adjusting irregular menstruation and the disorder of sexual hormones in female heroin addicts.
