公信力是慈善组织的生命,慈善组织的公信力是一个国家慈善事业发育程度的重要指标。近来"郭美美事件"、"中非希望工程事件"、"尚德诈捐门"等一系列慈善业乱象,导致慈善组织公信力陷入危机,对中国慈善事业造成了致命伤害。究其原因在于"官办"慈善组织缺乏有效监管、"民办"慈善组织缺乏合法地位、慈善法律规范性不强、信息不透明等问题的存在。对于慈善组织本身来讲,挽回公信力的关键在于增强道德使命感、提高制度规范性和自律性以及促进慈善组织专业化发展。

The credibility is an important index of a national charity organization for its development. However, the recent Guo Meimei scandal, China-Africa hope project scandal and Suntech scandal all lead to a chaos or crisis that severely harms the charity organizations. The official organizations lack monitoring, while private ones the legal status. Laws or norms are not enforced with transparency. Countermeasures are put forward.
