摘要
采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法对饲料中砷、汞、硒的测定条件(仪器条件的选择、不同酸体系的选择、酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度等)进行了研究。结果表明:采用HNO3-H2O2对饲料进行微波消解;用体积分数为5%的HCl做载流酸,质量浓度20g/L的硼氢化钾做还原剂测砷、硒,质量浓度5g/L的硼氢化钾测汞;在砷、汞、硒标准溶液质量浓度均为0~10μg/L范围内,砷、汞、硒校准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999 2,且加标回收率均在90%~105%。
The determination conditions of As, Se and Hg in feed by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy were researched, including the choice of instrument conditions, the choice of different acid system, acid concentration, the concentration of potassium borohydride, etc. The results indicated that:The microwave digestion with HNO2 - H2O2 had many advantages such as fast and efficient, less reagent, low blank, less sample volatilization, etc; With 5 % (v/v) HC1 as current-car rying acid, 20 g/L potassium borohydride as the reducing agent for As and Se, and 5 g/L potassium borohydride as the reducing agent for Hg, the calibration curve correlation coefficients of As, Se and Hg were all greater than 0. 999 2 and the recovery fraction was 90%-105 %
