基于ANSYS的磁光玻璃液铂金漏管的温度场与热应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对磁光玻璃液在铂金漏管(简称漏管)内易堵塞、流通不畅等情况,建立漏管的三维稳态模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS分析稳态后漏管内的温度场和热应力分布,绘制出关键节点温度曲线。结果表明,漏管内的温度分布满足玻璃液成型的黏度要求;漏管受到的热膨胀应力远小于其许用应力。此结果验证玻璃液在管内不堵塞,为漏管合理设计提供了理论依据,同时指出了玻璃成型时的一些注意事项等。 Considering that the magneto-optic molten glass was easy to jam or poor circulation,3D steady-state model of platinum leaking tube was established by using finite element software ANSYS.The temperature field and thermal stress were analyzed,and the temperature curve of key nodes was drawn.The researchs showed that the lowest temperature within platinum pipeline could reach corresponding requirements of magneto-optic molten glass molding viscosity,and the expansion thermal stress of the platinum leaking pipeline was far less than its allowable stress.At last,it was effectively verified that no jam occurs in magneto-optic molten glass which provides theoretical basis for reasonable design of leakage tube.Also the cautions were pointed out during the process of magneto-opticglass molding,etc.
