摘要
针对井下轨道运输转向用轨道转盘问题转动不灵、卡死及转动盘整体强度低、影响使用效果等问题,增加了转盘下盘厚度,以提高整体强度;在上、下盘之间增设转动架及减少铸铁球数量,确保转动灵活、可靠。改造后的轨道转盘使用效果良好。
Considering the problems of insensitive rotation, deadlocking, low integral intensity and influencing application effect of the turnplate used in underground track transportation,the article increases the bottom plate thickness of the turnplate in order to improve the integral intensity, adds the rotational stand between top and bottom plate for reducing the quantity of casting iron ball, ensures the rotation flexible and reliable, after the transformation,the track turnplate gains good application effect.
