摘要
基于起重机械间歇、重复的断续周期工作方式和作业过程中绝对耗能量较大的特点,将能效比作为能效测试的技术指标,通过纵向能效对比试验,测试一系列不同负载量下的能效比值;通过横向能效对比试验,测试相同负载量下不同样品的能效比值。根据能效比值的对比结果,制定出节能设计环节中的相应措施,对业内同仁具有一定的参考意义。
On the basis of the hoisting machinery's repeated intermittent working periods,and the features of large absolute energy consumption during the operating,energy efficiency tests are adopted to test the same sample's energy efficiency ratio under different load capacity and the different samples' energy efficiency ratio under the same load capacity.According to the comparative results of energy efficiency ratio,it makes out the corresponding measures in the energy-saving links in order to provide some reference for those in this industry.
