立体轨道式自动化码头设备调度策略仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 对一种新型立体轨道式自动化集装箱码头的典型作业流程及工艺进行了分析。建立了自动化码头的二维及三维仿真模型,利用启发式调度规则驱动仿真模型运行。通过仿真运行对设备作业效率、设备利用率及系统瓶颈进行分析,评估及优化不同工况下的调度策略,以提高自动化码头作业效率。仿真结果为码头设计及作业计划制定提供了依据。 This paper analyzes the typical operating procedure of the new stereo rail automatic container terminal.The 2D and 3D simulation models for the terminal are built up and are driven to run by using heuristic scheduling rules.The analysis of operating efficiency,facility utilization rate and the systems' bottlenecks,and then assessment and optimization of the corresponding scheduling strategies under different conditions is conducted so as to improve the operating efficiency of the terminal.The simulation results provide a basis for terminal design and operation schedule-making.
